The honest part
Christmas palms are temperamental sleepers — even in perfect greenhouse conditions, they don't all make it, and we'll tell you that before we take yours. Most of our customers treat those like annuals and store the hardier varieties. We'd rather tell you the truth in September than surprise you in May.
